A classic place sorrounding the iconic Piccadilly Circus. Many floors with a quite good variety of sporting goods with important discounts. Do not try to find the ultimate designs from the top brands. It is interested the area dedicated to football teams souveniers.
Absolutely no clue how to treat wheelchair users. If I could give zero, I would. Very very poor.
I bought a pair of ski pants yesterday they were not my size but I didn’t have a backup just yet, I ended up borrowing from a friend and wanted to return the ski pants that cost £79.99. They refused me a refund and said only store credit but no one tells you this before. Yes it’s not illegal but it’s unethical, this is such a stupid policy, definitely going to be re selling on Depop and Vinted
The customer service here is trash. I was there for under an hour and the guy basically asked me why do I keep on trying shoes if I’m not gonna buy any. I did buy shoes btw. I was just trying to find the right shoe at the right size, but most of the shoes that I wanted, they did not have the right size. Will not ever shop here again, and do not recommend it to others. The staff is extremely dismissive and rude.
I placed an order today and when selecting Apple Pay as payment method, after my Face ID was scanned and payment showed “processing” delivery method was automatically selected as next day delivery which cost £11.99. While payment is processing you cannot click anywhere to cancel and I have emailed your customer service who said no changes can be done on the order: I am outraged that nothing can be done from your API somehow selecting the most expensive delivery option without letting me pick or approve anything and I somehow must be happy to pay an additional £11.99 on a website for affordable sports gear! I am a loyal customer and expect this technological wrong to be made right.
