Fantastic gym, highly recommend. Harry is an excellent coach with extensive knowledge of personal training and tailors sessions to personal ability levels. A wide range of equipment and machines for all aspects of fitness and strength conditioning. If you’re debating whether to sign up, you won’t regret it!
