A great place for a dog walk, especially if your dog likes water. It's also impressive how aspects of the historic TRL have been preserved to give what is essentially a man-made environment a unique but natural character.
Although only recently created, this park has the makings of a beautiful nature ramble and picnic area. I take my grandchildren there and we see and hear a good range of birds. I'm looking forward to the land maturing
Three fields with some wheel chair accessible paths leading to 3 ponds, and hedgerows. Good for getting away from it all. Look out for Roe deer bounding over the grass. Parking for 12 cars.
