Specsavers Opticians London - Holborn

Needed an emergency appointment to remove a ripped piece of contact lens from my eye which was very painful. staff were very sympathetic and booked me in to be seen immediately. absolutely brilliant service!

Kubra was brilliant with my eye test, advised me clearly with everything and the service was fast and professional. also, aggie was very friendly and advised me greatly when selecting glasses to purchase! :)

Specsavers are the best. cheaper compared to most places and quality is as very good. real credit to aggie, (i hope i spelled it right). so friendly and attentive. helped me to find glasses which were not on display at the time. young lady (i think new), was performing my eye test, with two machines, i don't know her name, but she had a pendant with a letter s. you did well, thank you. she asked me few times, if i was comfortable enough. young lady, lucie checked me in, when i was downstairs. again very friendly. and young lady with black hair , performed my eye test, again, faultless. i can't remember your name :(. i know your initials are nb). my glasses took 8 days to come. one pair came first on day 6, the other 2 on day 8. they send text messages when the glasses come to store. i would definitely come again. thank you

Tl;dr - if you want to get an eye test at specsavers, choose this branch. i previously went to a different branch for a weekend appointment and wasn’t very happy as the place was super busy and my eye test felt really rushed - the experience i had at the holborn branch today (saturday) however was completely different. my eye test with nikita was very thorough and professional, and i felt in very good hands with her. she was super friendly, as was the person that helped me pick my glasses (unfortunately i didn’t get her name). the store wasn’t busy at all so i could decide on new glasses in a relaxing atmosphere, and i will go back for a contact lenses appointment shortly.
